| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经阴道彩超诊断盆腔淤血综合征的应用价值。方法 经阴道二维及彩色多普勒超声检查子宫、卵巢、子宫旁及卵巢旁血管。结果 检出盆腔淤血综合征患者89例，其中11例经X线盆腔静脉造影或腹砬镜证实。结论 经阴道彩超是一种诊断盆腔淤血综合征的有价值手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the applicable value of transvaginal color Doppler uhrasonography for the diagnosis of pelvic congestion syndrome. Methods Transvaginal color Doppler uhrasonography was used to examine uterus, ovary and their beside venous. Results 89 cases with pelvic congestion syndrome were found out. All of them have enlarged uterus to various degree, uterus venous and the venous by two sides of uterus broadening, low flow - rate were presented in all cases. 11 of 89 cases were confirmed by pelvic phlebography or laparoscope. Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography is valuable for the diagnosis of pelvic congestion syndrome. |
