| 摘 要： | 目的:应用MSCT的时间密度曲线(TDC)研究发生于肝硬化基础的肝癌的达峰时间(TTP)及峰值高度(PV)的变化,揭示癌变的血流动力学改变。方法:肝炎后肝硬化合并原发性肝癌病例32例,行MSCT动态增强扫描,观察时间密度曲线及分别得到TTP及PV,应用配对t检验进行统计学分析。结果:肝硬化实质与肝癌的TDC形态不同,两者之间TTP及PV均P<0.05,有统计学意义,即肝癌强化早而强化程度低于肝脏实质。结论:通过肝硬化及肝癌TDC形态学及其指标TTP与PV明确提示它们不同的血流动力学变化。 |
