| 摘 要： | 应用ＰＣＲ从１００％（４０／４０）石蜡包埋尖锐湿疣组织中检测出ＨＰＶＤＮＡ。扩增ＨＰＶＤＮＡ显著地提高了检测速度及敏感性，以致从数张５～１０μｍ厚的石蜡切片中３～４ｈ即能得到结果；且ＰＣＲ扩增产物具有高度的特异性。因此，ＰＣＲ不失为检测ＨＰＶ简便、快速、敏感、特异的方法。

| Abstract: | HPV DNA were found in 100%(40/40) paraffinembedded condyloma accuminata using the PCR. Amplification of a HPV DNA sequence significantly increase the rapidity and sensitivity of detection such that several 5-10μm thick paraffin-embedded tissue sections can be analyzed within 3-4 hours. In addition,the PCR products were highly specific. Therefore. the PCR is rapid. sensitive and specific method for the detection of HPV DNA. |
