衣原体单克隆抗体免疫荧光诊断试剂的临床考核

本文报道了衣原体单克隆抗体免疫荧光诊断试剂临床应用考核结果。５８份试剂检测阳性标本中，５７份细胞分离培养出衣原体。１１１份临床标未试剂检测阳性１４份，阴性９７份，与用ＯＲＩＯＮ公司生产的单抗荧光试剂检测结果相同；临床标本检测中未发现试剂与生殖泌尿系常见的细菌发生交叉反应。

Evaluation of the Fluorescent Monoclonal Antibody against Chlamydia as a Diagnostic Reagent in ClinicalTesting.

This paper reported the results of clinical testing of the FITC conjunted monoclonal antibody made in our laboratory against Chlamydia by immunonuorescent microscopy.In more than 300 specimens from the patients with urogenital secrete,58 specimens were positive detected by the reagent,and among them Chlamydia were isolated by McCoy cells in 57 specimens.In order to compare the performance of our reagent and the same reagent imported from ORION,111 clinical specimens from suspected patients were examinated by these two reagents simultaneously.The results showed the 100% agreement with 14 positives and 97 negatives. There was no cross reactionwith bacteria in urinogenital tracts infections.
