银屑病角朊细胞中C－myc基因的异常表达

原癌基因Ｃ－ｍｙｃ是调控细胞增殖的主要基因。本研究应用免疫组化法对２８例银屑病患者和１２例健康人角朊细胞中Ｃ－ｍｙｃ的表达丰度进行了检测。结果显示：患者Ｃ－ｍｙｃ水平明显高于正常人，并与疾病的严重程度相关。结果证明Ｃ－ｍｙｃ基因在银屑病发病过程中具有重要意义。

Overexpression of C-myc Gene in Psoriatic Keratinocytes.

C-myc gene is the major gene in regulation cell proliferation.By means of immunohistochemical with SP we detected the expression of C-myc protoonocogene in keratinocytes from 28 psoriatic and 10healthy persons.The result showed that the level of C-myc gene in psoriatic patients was significantly higher than that in normal controls and increased level correlated with disease activity. Our study indicates that C-myc gene is important for pathogenesis of psoriasis.
