| 摘 要： | 采用分离培养法，随机抽样对２１０例不同孕期的孕妇宫颈分泌物作淋球菌培养和鉴定，发现４例宫颈分泌物阳性，感染率１．９０％。对阳性孕妇的新生儿作眼部分泌物培养，有２例阳性。淋球菌感染是现代围产医学面临的新课题，本文对有关诊断和防治问题予以探讨。

| Abstract: | The gonococcal infection in cervix uteri of pregnant women was investigated. Four cases of Neisseria gonorrhoeae were detected by culture from 210 samples taken from the cervix uteri of pregnant women in various gestational weeks randomly,and the rate of gonococcal infection in pregnant women was 1.90%.Two cases of gonococcal ophthalmia neonatorum were found in three term pregnant women with infection Neisseria gonorrhoese in cervix uteri.Gonococcal infection is a new public health problem in modern perinatal medicine. Prophylaxis and treatment were discussed. |
