| 摘 要： | 建立了致病性真菌马尼菲青霉菌和皮炎外瓶霉菌基因组组型的脉冲电泳分析方法。初步确定了两种致病基因组的染色体条数和大小，并发现皮炎外瓶霉菌的最小一条染色体在大小上表现的多态性。

| Abstract: | Pulse field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) has been introduced in the characterization of the pathogenic fungi penicillium marneffei and exophiala dermatitidis genomes.The numbers and sizes of their chromosomes have been investigated. Polymorphism was identified on the smallest chromosome of E dermatitidis. |
