老年糖尿病患者脂蛋白(a)和凝血活性的相关研究

目的探讨老年糖尿病患者脂蛋白(a)Lp(a)和凝血指标变化的临床意义.方法测定50例老年糖尿病患者和28例糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者的Lp(a)和凝血指标:纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分活化凝血酶时间(APTT).结果糖尿病组及糖尿病合并脑梗塞组患者较正常组Lp(a)、Fbg显著升高(P＜0.05),PT、APTT明显缩短(p＜0.05).结论糖尿病患者体内存在高凝状态,Lp(a)升高可加重其病理生理过程,共同参与糖尿病的血管并发症的发生,易致血栓形成.

Relationship between lipoprotein(a) and activity of coagulation in old diabetic mellitus

Objective: To study the relationship between lipoprotein (a) and the activity of coagulation in old diabetic mellitus. Methods: The levels of serum Lp(a), fibrinogen (Fbg), Prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) were measured in a group of elderly DM and its control. Results: The DM groups with and without cerebral infarction had higher values than the control in the following parameters: Lp(a), Fbg (P <0.05). Patients with cerebral infarction also had higher values of Lp(a), Fbg (P <0.05) than those of DM groups, whereas the PT, APTT were reduced in patients with DM than those in controls. Conclusions: There were increased coagulation, decreased fibrinolysis activities in the elderly patients with DM, especially with cerebral infarction. Combined with increased Lp(a), these may aggravate pathophyssiological process. All these changes had close relationship to the vascular complications of DM.
