氧氟沙星缓释药栓在兔眼玻璃体腔内的组织相溶性和生物降解

摘    要:目的:观察氧氟沙星聚乳酸缓释植入药栓眼内组织相溶性及生物降解过程.方法:将自制的氧氟沙星聚乳酸缓释药栓经平坦部巩膜切口植入11只兔眼玻璃体腔,进行眼电生理检测和电镜及光镜检查.结果:药栓植入前后b波振幅差异无显著(P>0.05);药栓植入后7d和21d电镜和光镜检查视网膜组织无病理性改变;药栓植入早期眼组织有轻微异物性炎症反应,药栓逐渐降解吸收.结论:氧氟沙星聚乳酸缓释药栓在眼内玻璃体腔具有良好的组织相溶性,并能逐渐降解吸收.

Abstract:Objective:To study the histocompatibility and biodegredation of implantable ofloxacine sustained released suppositoria in rabbit eyes. Methods:Ofloxacine sustained released suppositories were implanted into the vitreous cavity of 11 rabbit eyes, and ERG measurements were underwent 1~3 d before and 3~26 d after the procedure. Total biopsy including electromicroscope near the inner layer of the rabbit eyeball was underwent 7 d and 21 d after the procedure. Tissue reaction and biodegredation of the suppositoria were evaluated through biopsy 2~14 week after the procedure. Results:Amplitudes of B wave were the same before and after the procedure ( P >0.05). By means of the microscopy and electromicroscopy, pathological lesion was not found 7 d and 21 d after the procedure. Mild inflammatory reaction was found in the early period after the procedure and was absorbed when the drug was degraded gradully. Conclusion: There is a good histocompatibility and biodegredation of implantable of loxacine sustained released suppositoria in the vitreous cavity.
