奎硫平与氯丙嗪治疗精神分裂症对照研究

目的:比较奎硫平与氯丙嗪对精神分裂症的疗效及不良反应。方法:来自4个精神卫生中心的住院患者191例,采用随机对照、多中心、开放研究。以阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评估疗效,副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。同时检测血糖,催乳素等生化指标。结果:奎硫平与氯丙嗪的总体疗效相当(P>0.05)。氯丙嗪较易引起锥体外系反应(EPS),及胆碱能系统不良反应。结论:奎硫平对精神分裂症疗效与氯丙嗪无显著差异,前者不良反应较小,是治疗精神分裂症的较好选择。

A random and controlled study of quetiapine and chlorpromazine in patients with schizophrenia

Objective:To compare the effects and adverse events of quetiapine and chlorpromazine in the treatment of schizophrenia. Method:191 inpatients came from 4 mental health center were entered into the study by a random ,controlled and opening way. The effects were evaluated by positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS),and the side effects by treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS).At the same time,blood glucose and prolactin were examined. Results:No significant difference in the efficacy was found between quetiapine and chlorpromazine (P>0.05).There were more adverse effects in chlorpromazine group than in quetiapine group,especially in extrapyramidal side effect (EPS) and in choline system. Conclusion:Quetiapine has similar efficacy to chlorpromazine,with slight side effects,so it can be as a better choice for the patients with schizophrenia.
