葛根黄芪饮治疗缺血性脑卒中临床观察

目的观察葛根黄芪饮治疗缺血性脑卒中的疗效及安全性.方法采用病例随机分组对照研究方法,对136例缺血性脑卒中病人采用分组治疗,对照组使用血栓通注射液静脉输注;治疗组采用葛根黄芪饮配合血栓通注射液静脉输注治疗.结果愈显率对照组为50.00%;治疗组为76.37%,两组差别有统计学意义(P<0.01),总有效率对照组83.33%,治疗组为94.74%,两组差别亦有统计学意义(P<0.05).病人无不良反应.结论葛根黄芪饮配合血栓通注射液治疗缺血性脑卒中安全有效,作用平稳.

Clinical Observation of Ischemia Apoplexy Treated by Gegen Huangqi Decoction

Objective To observate the curative effect and safety on curing ischemia brain-apoplexy treated by Gegen Huangqi Decoction.Method Adopting research way by dividing the patients into two groups randomly,To analyse the curative effect using different treatment. 136 patients were divided into two group randomly:One group which was named as contrast group ,was instilled vein drip with XueShuanTong injection; While another group which was named as treatment group ,was cooperated with drinking Gegen Huangqi Decoction. Result The rate of charm away:contrast group was 50%; treatment group was 76.37%.The result (P<0.01) shown that the difference between two group was significant.The effective rate:contrast group was 83.3%; treatment group was 94.74%.The result (P<0.05) shown that the difference between two group was significant.There were no harmful feedback between the two group patients.Conclusion Treatment group was more effective than contrast group,and the treatment was safe and effective, and the effect was placid.
