HIFU治疗热场中的有限元分析

摘    要:本文对生物传热机制及生物热传导方程进行了研究 ,提出了一个混合型的生物热传导模型。针对带有血管的组织建立了高强度聚焦超声治疗下的组织热传导计算模型 ,并利用有限元方法进行了 3 D瞬态温度场分析。同时 ,根据Sapareto Dewey方法给出了组织消融量的仿真结果。

Abstract:In this paper a hybrid bioheat conduction model is provided by means of a study of bioheat conduction mechanism and equations.Focusing on the tissue with blood vessels,a bioheat conduction computation model has been developed for conditions of treatment with ultrasound highly focused.By using the finite element method the 3 D transient temperature field was analyzed.At the same time,simulation results of the tissue lesion volume according to Sapareto Deway method were given.
