摘    要:目的:探讨Binswanger病患者核心家庭成员的载脂蛋白(a)[apo(a)]和载脂蛋白E(apoE)多态性分布和等位基因频率。方法:疾病组患者35例,配偶组33例,子女组31例,对照组63例。采用免疫印迹技术检测刎apo(a)和apoE多态性分布,并推算等位基因频率。结果:疾病组与对照组间载脂蛋白表型分有存在明显差异,配偶组与对照组间无明显差异,患者与子女间相似。各组S4、E3等位基因频率最高。与对照组Binswanger病患者S2、E4等位基因频率高于正常人群,这种改变可能与患者发病有关。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate polymorphism and allele frequencies of apolipoprotein(a) [apo(a)] and apolipoprotein E (apoE) in the nuclear families of Binswanger's disease (BD) Methods: There were 35 patients with BD 33 spouses 31 chidren,and 63 healthy controls The polymorphism of apo(a) and apoE were determined with immunoblotting method, the allele frequencies of the two kinds of apoliporoteins were also calculated Results: There was significant difference about the phenotyper of apo(a) and apoE between BD patients ad controls but there no significant difference between spouses and controls The phenotypes of apolipoproteins in patients were similar to those of their children Frequencies of S4 E3 alleles were the highest among apo(a) alleles ad apoE alleles respectively in all groups Compared with controls frequencies of the S2 and E4 alleles were higher significantly meanwhile those of null and E2 alleles were significantly lower in patiens Every allele frequency had no significant change in spouses There were no significat difference between patients and their chidren about ecery ellele frequency Conclusion: Frequencies of S2 and E4 alleles are higher in patents with BD than in common populatin these changes may be associated with the pathogenesis of BD
