培氟沙星的抗生素后效应

摘    要:目的:研究新喹诺酮类药物培氟沙星(Pefloxacin,PFLX)的抗生素后效应(PAE)。方法:应用AVANTAGE自动微生物分析仪的光密度法测定培氟沙星的抗生素后效应。结果:PFLX金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌均产生明显的PAE,PAE随抗菌药物浓度增大而延长,除在4×MIC与8×MIC时,PFLX对金黄色葡萄球菌的PAE无显著性差异外,其余各药物浓度间的PAE有显著性差异(P<0.05),并呈浓度依赖性关系。结论:PFLX均产生明显的PAE,呈现明显的剂量依赖性,对于临床合理应用PFLX具有重要实际意义。

Abstract:Objective: To study on the post - antibiotic effect (PAE) of the new fluoquinolone pefloxacin(PFLX) .Methods: The PAE was determined by the spectrophotometric method using AVANTAGE Microbiology System. Results: PFLX against Staphylococ-cus aurus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa of PAE were 0. 9h, 0.81h and 0.85h, respectively. Marked PAE were induced depended on the concentration of the drugs. Conclusion: PAEs induced by PFLX were obvious and depended on the dose of the drugs. It should be considered as a important factor in designing dosing schedule of the drugs.
