氯沙坦单用、与吲哒帕胺或氢氯噻嗪合用对高血压患者血压、血钾、血尿酸的影响

目的: 分析评价氯沙坦单用、与吲哒帕胺或氢氯噻嗪合用对高血压患者血压、血钾、尿酸的影响.方法: 选择60例轻、中度原发性高血压患者,分为3组,每组20例.氯沙坦组;氯沙坦 吲哒帕胺组;氯沙坦 氢氯噻嗪组.观察8wk,检测各组治疗前后的血压、血钾、血尿酸的变化.结果: 与治疗前相比,治疗后3组血压下降效果明显(P＜0.01);氯沙坦组和氯沙坦 氢氯噻嗪组血尿酸治疗后明显降低(分别为P＜0.01,P＜0.05),氯沙坦 吲哒帕胺组无明显变化(P＞0.05);3组治疗前后血钾无明显变化(P＞0.05).结论: 氯沙坦有降低尿酸的作用,与吲哒帕胺或氢氯噻嗪合用有协同降压作用,并可改善单用吲哒帕胺或氢氯噻嗪所引起的血钾下降、血尿酸升高的不良反应.

Effect of Losartan Alone and Combinated with Indapamide or Hydrochlorothiazide on Blood Pressure,Blood Uric Acid and Serum Potassium of Patients with Mild to Moderate Essential Hypertansion

Objective: To study the effect of losartan alone and combinated with indapamide or hydrochlorothiazide on the blood pressure,blood uric acid, and serum potassium in treatment of patients with mild to moderate essential hypertansion.Method: 60 patients with mild to moderate essential hypertansion were divided into 3 groups randomly:losartan alone;losartan plus indapamide and losartan plus hydrochlorothiazide. Blood pressure ,blood uric acid and serum potassium were determined before and after 8 weeks treatment.Result: Compered with before treatment ,There was a marked response on decrease blood pressure in all 3 groups ( P < 0.01 ). Blood uric acid level were decreased obviously in losartan group( P < 0.01 ) and in losartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide group( P < 0.05 ). In losartan combined with indapamide group was not( P > 0.05 ). In all 3 groups, there were no obviously different observed in serum potassium level( P > 0.05 ).Conclusion: Losartan can decrease blood uric acid effectively, combined with indapamide or hydrochlorothiazide not only enhance the antihypertensive effect but also significantly alleviate the adverse reaction of indapamide and hydrochlorothiazide.
