健康老年人和老慢支并感染患者红细胞电泳时间及其治疗前后的对比观察

摘    要:本文采用XN—5型自动电子计时细胞电泳仪对50例60岁以上健康老年人,54例老年慢性支气管炎患者,52例青壮年进行了红细胞电泳时间的测定,并对42例老年慢性支气管炎患者进行了中西医治疗前后红细胞电泳时间的对比观察。结果表明,健康老年人红细胞电泳时间比青壮年明显延长(P<0.01);老慢支患者的红细胞电泳时间与青壮年和健康老年人比较,非常明显的延长(P>0.01) ;而治疗后红细胞电泳时间则明显缩短(P<0.01)。认为红细胞电泳时间的测定可以作为血液流变学和慢性支气管炎疗效的观察指标之一;对慢支的诊断有一定的帮助。此外,对老年人、老慢支患者治疗前后红细胞电泳时间改变的机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:We formed an estimation of the erythocytes electrophoresis time in 50 cases of healthy old people over 60 years of age, 54 of the aged with chronic bronchitis and 52 of the young and robust adults, and made contrast observations on 42 cases of the aged with chronic bronchitis in erythrocytes electrophoresis time around the period of treatment with combined Chinese and western medicine. It is shown that the erythrocytes electrophoresis time is longer than in the young and robust adults ( P<0.01 ), but after the treatment, this value revealed an evidently decrease in the aged with chronic bronchitis ( P<0.01 ). We are of the opinion that an assessment of the erythrocytes electrophoresis time may be used as one of observation indicia of the hemorheology and curativeeffect on chronic bronchitis, it is also helpful in making a diagnosis of the disease. The mechanism change of erythrocytes electrophoresis time in above mentioned cases has been disc-ssed in detail.
