| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨局部麻醉下电视胸腔镜手术诊断、治疗胸部疾病的可行性。方法：局部麻醉并使用镇静剂下对30名患者采用胸腔镜进行诊断和治疗，滑石粉胸膜固定12例，肺大泡切除10例，肺楔形切除5例，胸膜活检3例。结果：所有患者无明显并发症。患者手术过程中有窦性心动过速发生，术前、术中、术后对比P〈0．05，有显著差异。血压对比分析P〉0．05，无显著差异。血氧饱和度对比分析P〈0．05，无显著差异。结论：局部麻醉下电视胸腔镜手术是可行和有益的。 |

| Abstract: | objective:To detect the feasibility of VATS under local anesthesia for the diagnosis and reatment of thoracic diseases.Methods: 30 cases including 12 pleurodesis,10 bullae resection,5 wedge resection and 3 pleural biopsy underwent VATS under local anesthesia and sedation for diagnosis and treatment: Results: There was no obvious complication occured.There was sinus tachy cardia during operation.showed difference before,during and after operation(P<0.05).There was no difference in blood pressure and saturation of blood oxygen(P>0.05).Conclusion: VATS in feasible and effective under local anesthesia. |
