| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨陈旧性膝后内侧不稳的治疗方法。方法:利用三套Charnley's关节夹解剖复位胫股关节并固定，利用半腱肌肌腱恢复膝后内侧不稳。结果:治疗2例，随访时间分别为17和22个月，临床症状消失，膝关节伸屈功能正常。结论:提示该方法具有简便、有效、实用、易于推广的优点，但仍需进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the treatment of the old instability of posteromedial knee. Methods Three Charnley's systems were applied to reposit and fix the tibiofemoral joint. Tendon of semitendinosus was used for the instability of posteromedial knee. Results Two cases were healed and followed up for 17 months and 22 months respectively. No clinical symptoms occurred and the movements of the knees were normal. Conclusion Charnley's system may be a simple, effective and easy method to treat the old instability of the posteromedial knee. |
