度洛西汀与氯丙咪嗪治疗阿尔茨海默病抑郁的对照研究

目的比较度洛西汀与氯丙咪嗪治疗阿尔茨海默病（AD）抑郁症状中的疗效和不良反应。方法对60例AD患者分别以度洛西汀与氯丙咪嗪治疗，共治疗8周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评定临床疗效，采用副反应量表（TESS）评定副反应。结果度洛西汀与氯丙咪嗪总体疗效相当，但度洛西汀组起效较快，不良反应发生率低。结论度洛西汀治疗AD抑郁症状的疗效与氯丙咪嗪相当，副反应少，值得推广应用。

Contrast Study of Duloxetine and Clomipramine in Treating the Depression of Alzheimer Disease

Objective To compare the curative effect and side - effect of duloxetine and elomipramine in treating the depression of Alzheimer Disease （ AD ）. Methods 60 cases with AD were randomly divided into 2 groups ,30 cases in each and were treated with duloxetine and clomipramine respectively; the course lasted for 8 weeks ; HAMD was adopted to assess the clinical curative effect while TESS was adopted to assess the side effect. Results Duloxetine and clomipramine were both effective in general while duloxetine is of quicker effect and lower rate of side effect occurrence. Conclusions Duloxetine is worthy of wide applica- tion in treating the depression of AD as it shares the same effect with elomipramine but has less side effects
