孕鼠“恐伤肾”对子代胸腺核酸含量的影响

根据中医“恐伤肾”原理,恐吓孕鼠造成子鼠先天肾气亏虚的动物模型,然后检测子鼠胸腺核酸含量。结果表明;恐吓各组ＤＮＡ,ＲＮＡ含量及ＲＮＡ／ＤＮＡ值无有所降低,且恐吓程度越重降低越明显,而在恐吓的同时采用补肾药治疗可以预防这一改变。

The Affection on the Amounts of Thymus Nucleic Acid Filial Generation Mice by Terroring Pregnant Mother Mice

According to the basic TCM theory that terror may lead to disorder of kidney, the authors made the animal models of deficiency qi of pre-natal kidneys on their first filial generation by fearing the pregnant rats with cats and tested the amounts of the thymus nucleic acid of the first filial generation. The result showed that the amounts of DNA, RNA and the ratio of RNA/DNA of the first filial generation were decreased, and the more serious of the fearing, the more decreased.After that, the authors tonified the kidneys with herbs while fearing pregnant rats, the decreasing can be prevented. The result provided scientific basis for the theory of "the kidney is the foundation of the native(born) constitution".It was supported that kidney is the root of pre-natal essence by this experiment.
