海底椰氨基酸成分分析

摘    要:用氨基酸自动分析仪对中药海底椰的氨基酸组成及含量进行分析,结果显示:海底椰中总氨基酸含量为4.18%,且所含氨基酸类型丰富,达18种之多,包括7种人体必需的氨基酸(含量达1.25%,占氨基酸总量的29.9%)。海底椰的氨基酸成分构成揭示,海底椰的药用价值之一在于其均衡的氨基酸成分对机体的补益作用。

Abstract:The amino acids composition of Lodoicea maldivica Persoon (LMP) were determined and analysed with Amino Acid Automatic Analyzer. The result showed: total amino acid content amounts to 4.18%, and is rich in constituents, comes to 18 types of amino acid, in which 7 types are essential to man. The amino acid constituents of LMP reveals that one of the medicinal value of LMP depends on its harmonious amino acid constituents good to one's organism.
