| 摘 要： | 本文报告41例患者经锁骨下静脉穿刺,留置Quinton-wahurkar双腔导管进行多种血液净化治疗的临床观察结果。表明本方法操作简便、安全,透析效果好,并发症少,不仅是较理想的暂时性血管通路,必要时可以长期留置。

| Abstract: | Clinic observation results of the various blood pur-ification treatment in 41 cases patients with Quinton-Mahurkar double-lumen catheter by means of percutaneous subclavian vien catheterization is reported. The results showed that this method is conveniet, safe, effective, and incurs less complications. Accordingly the catheter facilitates a better temporary vascular access and can be kept for a long time when necessary. |
