1995～2004年衡阳市呼吸道传染病流行特征分析

[目的]了解和掌握衡阳市1995～2004年呼吸道传染病的发病情况，分析其流行特征，为制订相应的防治策略和措施提供科学依据。[方法]对衡阳市1995～2004年呼吸道传染病的疫情资料进行统计分析。[结果]本市呼吸道传染病的发病率从1995年的4．84／10万上升到2004年的79．88／10万，呈直线上升趋势，各年间发病率的差异有统计学意义（x^2=45．45，P〈0．01）。男性发病率高于女性，肺结核、麻疹高发于农村地区。麻疹、风疹以冬春季为发病高峰。肺结核、流行性腮腺炎、麻疹为本市主要呼吸道传染病。[结论]呼吸道传染病发病率呈明显上升趋势，肺结核、流行性腮腺炎、麻疹是防治工作重点。

Analysis on the Epidemiological Characteristics of Respiratory Communicable Diseases in Hengyang City from 1995 to 2004

[Objective] To understand the epidemiological characteristics of respiratory communicable diseases in Hengyang City from 1995 to 2004,and provide scicentific basis for its prevention and control. [Methods]To analyze reported cases of respiratory communicable diseases in Hengyang City from 1995 to 2004. [Results]The incidence of respiratory communicable diseases was 4.84/100 000 in 1995,79. 88/100 000 in 2004, showed an obvious increasing trend. The main respiratory communicable diseases were tuberculosis,mumups,measles. [Conclusion]The incidence of respiratory communicable diseases showed an obvious increasing trend. We must strengthen the prevention and control work, especially on tuberculosis, mumups, and measles.
