| 摘 要： | 本文提出把粗糙集应用于中医类风湿证修诊断，并在类风湿病的各证候诊断上临床应用。同时也采用了一般在中医诊断上常用的模糊数学方法进行比较，诊断结果显示应用粗糙集的诊断类风湿准确率大大高于一般的模糊数学方法。粗集方法在中医诊断的应用，将有助提高揭示中医诊断的内在知识联系和中医诊断的思维严密性。

| Abstract: | The application of Rough Set in the Rheumatic Arthrris(RA) diagnosis is presented. Also the Fuzzy Set is presented in this paper, which is in common use for Chinese Medicine diagnosis. The results show that the accurate rate of the Rough Set for RA, is greatly higher than that of the fuzzy set. In short, the application of the Rough Set will help to reveal the internal knowledge relationship of RA diagnosis and improve the exact of though in RA diagnosis. |
