| 摘 要： | 目的评价尿液干化学试纸条监测医疗器械清洗效果。方法采用尿液干化学试纸条润湿法,对常规清洗干净的医疗器械残留有机物进行了检测。结果未经清洗的使用后血管钳检测潜血各指标阳性率均达90%以上。经过清洗干净的止血钳,用尿液干化学试纸检测,潜血阳性率为16%,蛋白阳性率为13%,白细胞酯酶阳性率为6%。结论使用尿液干化学试纸评价医疗器械清洗效果,对残留血液、蛋白等有机物检出灵敏度较高,具有一定应用价值。
