摘    要:跳蚤是鼠疫的传播媒介,其种群数量变动直接影响鼠间鼠疫的流行趋势。1982~1984年的5~9月,我们调查了祁连连山东段某地喜马拉雅旱獭(Malmota himalayana)寄生蚤的数量动态,经统计学处理发现,体蚤和洞干蚤指数年度变化不显著,始终维持在8.1~9.2的稳定水平上;染蚤率变化明显,1982年獭体染蚤率高达90.6%,当年流行猛烈,后两年染蚤率显著降低,流行也趋于缓和。作者认为,旱獭体蚤指数和染蚤率变动与旱獭鼠疫流行的动态有关,其数量变动,可以作为预测鼠间鼠疫流行趋势的依据之一。

Abstract:Being the vectors of transmitting plague, the population fluctuation of fleas is directly related to the dynamics of plague epizootics. In 1982 ~ 84, we systematically investigated the quantitative variations of fleas on Marmota himalayana in an area of the eastern Qilian Mountains during the months May - September. The results with statistical treatment showed that the prevalence of animal plague is closely related to the variations of the indexes and infestation rates of fleas in addition to other factors. The two parameters directly affected the peaks and the annual variations of the prevalence of the animal plague and between the factors existed the positive correlation. These parameters should be used as one of the bases for the prediction of the prevalent tendency of animal plague.
