超声对宫角妊娠的诊断价值

目的 探讨超声诊断宫角妊娠的价值。方法 2l例官角妊娠患者采用经阴道超声、腹部超声对子宫、宫角进行纵、横多角度探查，吸宫术时用腹部B超予以监视。结果超声检查能在孕8周前对宫角妊娠作出明确诊断。用B超监视吸宫手术，可避免术中大出血的发生或组织物的残留。对要求生育者，继续超声随诊观察，可防止子宫破裂或植人性胎盘所致的大出血等严重并发症的发生。结论 超声检查对宫角妊娠具有较高的诊断价值，并对临床确定治疗方案有实用价值。

Ultrasonographic Value in Diagnosing Intrauterine Horn Pregnancy

Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonic diagnosis for intrauterine horn pregnancy. Methods Vaginosonography and abdominal ultrasonography were performed in 21 patients suspected as intrauterine horn pregnancy.We checked the uterus and the uterine horn in multi point views and monitored with abdominal ultrasonography for suction curettage.Results Ultrasonography could confirm the diagnosis of intrauterine horn pregnancy before the 8 th week of pregnancy.Massive hemorrhage and tissue remnants during operation could be avioded by ultrasonograhic monitoring for suction curettage.As to some patients who wanted to bear fetus successively,in order to avoid the complications such as the serious hemmorrhage due to uterine rupture or placenta implantation,ultrasonographic check up should be kept with intervals.Conclusions Ultrasonography has superior diagnostic value and it also can be applied practically to make decision of the clinical remedy for intra uterine horn pregnancy.
