| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声造影对缺血性脑血管病的诊断价值。方法对30例颈动脉粥样硬化患者的43处斑块行超声造影检查，并行大脑中动脉造影检查，8例行椎动脉造影。结果颈动脉斑块造影后，36个斑块见增强，7个斑块无增强；大脑中动脉造影：清晰显影55条，流速增高13条；椎动脉造影：2例提示小脑后下动脉病变。结论颈动脉超声造影联合颅内Willis环及椎动脉的微小剂量造影检查，对缺血性脑血管病的诊断提供了一种安全、有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods Thirty cases with 43 carotid atheroselerotic plaques were examined by contrast-enhanced ultrasound,and then examined by middle cerebral arteriography, 8 cases were examined by vertebral arteriography. Results According to the analysis of carotid atherosclerotic plaques contrast-enhanced ultrasound, 7 cases were not enhanced. Fifty - five MCA were showed clearly with flow rate increased in 13 cases. There were 2 cases with posterior inferior cerebellar artery diseases aecording to vertebral arteriography. Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasound of carotid artery combined with Willis circellus and microdose contrast-enhanced examination is an effective and safe method in diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. |
