摘    要:利用磁场对核酸、蛋白质在不同时间下的紫外光吸收变化,分析磁场强度对核酸、蛋白质结构的影响,探讨磁疗中对磁场强度及时间的选择。实验结果显示,75、100、150mT场强,DNA、RNA溶液的光吸收值与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);100、150mT场强,磁处理水组蛋白质溶液的光吸收明显高于对照组(P<0.05);3种场强比较,100mT场强对核酸、蛋白质的影响更大;3种场强下,核酸、蛋白质溶液在0.5h~24h内光吸收值逐渐增加。

Abstract:By use of the changes of magnetic field's absorption of ultraviolet during different periods of time, we analyzed the effects of magnectic field intensity on the structure of nucleic acid and protein, and studied the choice of magnetic field intensity and therapeutic timing in magnetic treatment. The experimental results showed: in 75 mT, 100 mT and 150 mT field intensity the ultraviolet absorption values of DNA and RNA were obviously higher than in the control group (P<0.05) ;in 100 and 150 mT, the absorption values of protein solution in the magnet-treated water group were higher than in the control group (P<0.05) .The three kinds of magnetic strength were compared and 100 mT megnetic strength had a greater effect on nucleic acid and protein andthe ultraviolet absorpotion was increasing within 0.5~24 hours.
