山西省结核病公众知晓率现状及信息获得途径分析

目的：探讨山西省2006年结核病信息获得途径对公众知晓率的影响，为今后结核病宣传工作重点提供调整和改进的依据。方法：采用流行病学横断面问卷调查方法，在全省进行随机整群抽样调查结核病的公众知晓情况，现场调查后由调查者将调查问卷进行计算机录入，用SPSS10．0进行统计分析。结果：在所有被调查者中，8条结核病核心信息总条目知晓率为34．92％；不同性别和地域的人群对于结核病的不同信息知晓情况有所不同，但均是男性高于女性，城市高于农村；不同性别、地域及是否患病的人群获取结核病信息的途径也有所不同。结论：山西省结核病公众知晓率低于全国水平，故山西省应加强结核病知识的宣传工作，健康教育要重在平时，保持经常性，持久性。

Analyses on the Current Status of Public Knowing Rate for Tuberculosis and the Way of Information Obtained in Shanxi Province

Objective： To investigate the influences on public knowing rate about the way of tuberculosis information obtained in Shanxi province in 2006 so as to provide the basis for adjustment and improvement of the propagandizing working emphasis for tuberculosis in future. Methods： An epidemiological cross-sectional questionnaire survey was used to c~ry. out the random cluster sampling on the status of public knowing rate about tuberculosis in Shanxi province. The questionnaire results were computerized by the investigator after spot survey and then to carry out the statistic analyses by SPSS10.0 method. Results： The knowing rate of total 8 core information for tuberculosis was 34.92% among all of the people who had been investigated. The people who were different sex and region had different knowing rate for different tuberculosis information but the knowing rate of men were higher than that of women and a city was higher than that of a village. The people who was different sex, different region and if they had diseases had different way of the tuberculosis information obtained. Conclusion：Tbe knowing rate of public tuberculosis in Shanxi province is lower than that of the whole country. It is important to take measures to propagandize the tuberculosis knowledge. And the health education should be constantly and usually to unfold tuberculosis education works in Shanxi province.
