| 摘 要： | 本文报道经纤维结肠镜检查有肠道易激征象者1310例,结合临床表现及化验、X线钡餐、纤维结肠镜检查结果,将无器质性病变的肠道易激综合征494例与器质性病变伴有肠道易激征象的816例进行对比分析,结果肠道易激综合征组发病多与精神、饮食因素有关,年龄轻、病程长,具有便后腹痛缓解、便后不净感等特点。纤维结肠镜检查能排除器质性病变并能识别肠道易激征象,对肠道易激综合征具有重要的辅助诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Reported were 1310 patients with the irritable bowel sign detected by fiberocolonoscopy. Of them 494 with the irritable bowel syndrome were compared with the rest 816 with the organic diseases. The results were discussed according to the clinical findings, laborotory tests, barium meal, and fiberocolonoscopy. Fiberocolonoscopy examination has an important value for the diagosis of the irritable bowel syndrome, for detecting the organic bowel diseases as well as the irritable bowel sign. |
