中山市高危孕产妇围手术期心理压力源调查分析及护理干预

目的探讨中山市高危孕产妇围手术期心理压力源,并针对不同的压力源进行护理干预,对干预结果进行统计学分析。方法对215例住院高危孕产妇,通过SAS自评量表和心理压力源调查2种方式,分析导致高危孕产妇产生心理压力的有关因素,针对心理压力源制定护理对策,进行护理干预。结果担心母婴分室和手术室恐惧是高危孕产妇的主要心理压力源,经护理干预后自评量表分数显著下降（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）。结论高危孕产妇存在诸多心理压力,尤以担心母婴分室突出。及时制定护理对策,进行护理干预,可显著减轻其心理压力。

Psychological stress of periperative in high-risk pregnancy women in Zhongshan:investigation analysis and nursing intervention

Objective Tn order to explore the psychological stress source of periperative in high-risk pregnancy women in Zhongshan and pressure from different sources of nursing intervention,the results of the intervention were statistically analyzed.Methods SAS self-rating scale and the psychological pressure of the source investigation were used to analyze high-risk pregnancy women psychological stress of the relevant factors in 215 cases of hospitalized.To make care measure and nursing intervene of he source of psychological stress.Results Worried about the maternal and child sub-room and operating room is the mail source of a high risk pregnancy women psychological stress,self-rating scale scores decreased significantly(P<0.01,P<0.05)after nursing intervention.Conclusion There are many psychological pressure of high-risk pregnancy women,particularly mother-baby separation.The timely development of care measures for nursing intervention which can reduce the psychological pressure significantly.
