斯氏按蚊产卵前后不同器官对伯氏疟原虫出丝诱导活性的影响

摘    要:为分析斯氏按蚊产卵与头、唾液腺和卵巢组织中出丝诱导活性动态的相互关系,应用雄配子体体外出丝检测雌性斯氏按蚊产卵前后头、唾液腺及卵巢抽提物对伯氏疟原虫雄配子体出丝诱导活性的动态变化。结果表明:产卵前后各时相点之间-头部抽提物的出丝诱导活性未发生有意义的变化。吸血后1h内按蚊唾液腺抽提物的出丝诱导活性显著下降,产卵翌日恢复到吸血前水平;卵巢匀浆上清的诱导活性亦在吸血后下降,吸血后第2日显著升高,产卵翌日回落。斯氏按蚊唾液腺和卵巢的出丝诱导活性在产卵后相互消长,这些变化可能与蚊卵的发育、成熟及产出相关。

Abstract:In order to analyze the relationship between P.berghei of exflagellation-inducing activity in the heads,salivary glands and ovaries of Anopheles stephensi during oviposition,dynamic changes of the P.berghei exflagellation-inducing activity in the extracts from the heads,salivary glands and ovaries of A.stephensi before and after oviposition were detected by in vitro exflagellation assay of P.berghei.No significant change occurred in P.berghei exflagellation-inducing activity of the head extracts throughout all the time points.Within 1 h after blood feeding,the activity in the salivary gland extracts significantly decreased,but returned to the level of pre-feeding on the next day after oviposition.The activity in the ovary extracts also significantly reduced immediately after blood feeding.And then it sharply increased on day 2 post-feeding,and declined on next day of oviposition.The changes of exflagellation-inducing activities in the salivary glands and ovaries of A.stephensi occurs after oviposition,which may be related to the development,maturation and oviposition of anopheline eggs.
