| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨社会支持与脑卒中患者生活质量的关系.方法:调查100例脑卒中患者的社会支持情况,并与对照组正常人群100例进行比较,分析脑卒中患者的社会支持与生活质量的相关性.结果:脑卒中患者的社会支持与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);社会支持与其生活质量成正性相关关系(r=0.619,P＜0.01).结论:脑卒中患者获得了比正常人高的社会支持;社会支持程度与患者的生活质量关系密切,护士在护理脑卒中患者时应注意调动患者的社会支持来源,提高患者的生活质量.

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the relative between social supply and quality of life of cerebral apoplexy patients and to seek relevant nursing countermeasures.Methods:To investigate the situation of social supply for 100 cerebral apoplexy patients,and compared with contral group.Results:There was remarkable statistics sense between observention group and control group on social supply(P<0.01);social supply and patients'quality of life was positive relations(r=0.619,P<0.01).Conclusion:The social supply of cerebral apoplexy patients was higher than normal individuals;there was close relations between social supply and patients'quality of life,the nurse must manoeuvre source of social supply and improve patients'quality of life. |
