| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨双环醇治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)的疗效及不良反应。方法：选择慢性乙肝患者85例，随机分成治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组43例，在常规综合治疗基础上，加用双环醇25 mg，po，tid。对照组42例，单纯采用常规综合治疗，两组疗程均为6个月，并随访3个月。观察两组丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)变化及HbeAg、HBV DNA转阴情况和HBeAg/HBeAb血清转换率。结果：疗程结束时，治疗组HBeAg、HBV DNA转阴率和HBeAg/HBeAb血清转换率均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)，停药3个月随访观察，上述各项指标检测显示，治疗组疗效比对照组更加明显(P＜0.01)，未见明显药物不良反应。结论：双环醇治疗慢性乙肝，疗效显著，可靠，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and the side effects of bicyclol in treating chronic hepatitis B. Methods:Eighty-five patients were randomised into two g roups: fourty-three patients as the treatment group treated with conventional m edicine combined with bicyclol 25 mg, po, tid, and fourty-two patients as the c ontrol group treated conventionally. Results:When the treatments were accomplished, the negat ive rate of HBeAg and HBV-DNA in the treatment group were significantly higher than in control group. Side effects had not been found. Conclusion:Bicyclol is safe and effective in treating ch ronic hepatitis B. It can be recommended for a wider clinical application. |
