| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)在人脑胶质瘤中的作用、表达及其意义. 方法:采用RT-PCR及免疫组化染色方法检测脑胶质瘤组织和正常组织中骨桥蛋白. 结果:骨桥蛋白在胶质瘤组织细胞中表达,而在正常脑组织细胞中无表达,而且OPN的表达浓度与胶质瘤恶性程度呈正相关. 结论:人脑胶质瘤中OPN的表达与其恶性程度密切相关.

| Abstract: | AIM: To investigate the expression of osteopontin in human gliomas as well as its function. METHODS: Osteopontin expression in human normal brain cells and glioma cells was detected by immunohistochemical staining and RT-PCR method. RESULTS: Osteopontin was expressed in glioma cells but was not expressed in human normal brain cells. CONCLUSION: Osteopontin expression in glioma is closely related to the malignant degree of glioma. |
