| 摘 要： | 为探讨由自然铜，补骨脂，淫羊藿等中药组成的制剂驳骨煎剂治疗骨折的作用原理，应用放射自显影技术进行动物骨折模型试验。结果表明，骨折小鼠服用驳骨煎剂后，骨折组织＾４５Ｃａ和＾３２Ｐ水平高于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０５或Ｐ〈０．００１），提示补肾中药可能具有提高骨折组织钙，磷水平的作用。

| Abstract: | Autoradiography was used to observe the effect of Bogu Decoction on mouse model with fracture. The results showed that the levels of 45 Ca and 32 P in Bogu Decoction group were higher than those in the control group (P< 0.05 or P< 0.001 ) after medication. It is indicated that Bogu Decoction possesses an effect on the increase of calcium and phosphate levels in the fracture tissues. |
