低场MRI诊断脑对冲性挫裂伤

摘    要:目的 探讨脑对冲性挫裂伤的低场MRI诊断价值。方法 本文收集临床确诊的脑对冲性挫裂伤104例,均行常规MRI检查,对低场MRI表现特征进行了分析。结果 104例脑对冲性挫裂伤低场MRI征象T1WI呈等信号(病灶<2cm)或低信号,T2WI呈高信号;出血灶T1WI呈高信号,T2WI呈等高混杂信号。结论 MRI是脑对冲性挫裂伤首选影像学检查方法,T2WI尤为重要,能对脑对冲性挫裂伤作出正确诊断。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of low field MRI in bump brain contusion. Methods The 104 cases of bump brain contusion were reported; the MRI examination was made in all the patients, and characteristic findings of low field MRI were analyzed. Results The 104 cases were demonstrated equi-intense (focus<2cm) or hypointense on T1-weighted images and hyperintense on T2-weighted images. And hemorrhagic lesions showed hyperintense on T1-weighted images, mixed signal on T2-weighted images. Conclusion MRI is the principal imaging examination technique for bump brain contusion, and T2-weighted images is especially important for right diagnosis of the bump brain contusion.
