摘    要:用银染方法探讨高压实验室中空气间隙放电对暴露人群的rRNA基因的转录活性的影响。结果发现,Ag-AA频率在两组人群中无显著差异(P>0.20);暴露人群的Ag-NOR频率高于非暴露人群(P<0.05),说明高压实验室中空气间隙放电可能是影响rRNA基因转录活性的因素。同时,发现Ag-AA频率与Ag-NOR频率之间无相关关系(r=0)。

Abstract:Human NORs are on the chromosomesof D and G group. The genes coding for1.8s and 28s ribosomal RNA are located onNORs. By using silver staining NORs (Ag-NOR), the NORs which have been acti-vated and/or transcribed in the precedinginterphase can be stained positively. This paper reports the activity of rRNAgene of workers who have been exposingto the discharges in a high voltagedischarge laboratory. Peripheral blood was obtained from 13exposed workors (7 males, 6 females) andfrom 13 non-exposed subjects (10 males, 3females). Lymphocytes cultures and slide speci-mens were prepared according to standardmethods. The specimens were stained byusing Ag-staining technique.The mean num-ber of Ag-NORs per cell in the specimensfrom exposed workers was 7.52 and thatfrom the nonexposed subjects was 6.73.The difference between them was signifi-cant (P<0.05). However there was nosignificant difference between the frequen-cies of Ag-AA of the two samples. Theresults suggest that the discharges mayraise the activity of rRNA gene. The correlation between Ag-NOR andAg-AA was discussed.
