| 摘 要： | 目的:观察虎杖水煎液的镇痛作用,为临床应用提供药效学依据。方法:小鼠按照体重随机分为3组,即对照组,低剂量组(4g/kg),高剂量组(8g/kg)。给药低剂量组与高剂量组给予虎杖水煎液灌胃,对照组给予相同容积的生理盐水。用醋酸扭体法以及热板法观察虎杖水煎液的镇痛作用。结果:虎杖水煎液高剂量组能显著减少小鼠扭体次数;热板法结果显示,虎杖水煎液低剂量组在给药后1.5h可以明显提高小鼠的痛阈值(P<0.01),高剂量组在给药后1.5h、3h和5h均能提高小鼠的痛阈值(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:虎杖水煎液有明显的镇痛作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the analgestic effect of Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati(RPC0 decoction and provide medical basis for its clinical use. Method: Mice were randomly divided into three groups by weight: control group, low-dose RPC group(4 g/kg)and high-dose RPC group (8 g/kg).
