我院2007-2009年抗菌药物应用分析

目的：了解我院抗菌药物的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：依托我院＂医院药品库存管理系统＂的原始数据,对我院2007-2009年度抗菌药物的销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、日均费用（DDC）等进行回顾性统计分析。结果：2008-2009年我院抗菌药物销售金额占药品总销售金额23%以上;在抗菌药物销售金额的构成比上,静脉用药占90%左右;氨曲南、头孢米诺钠、奥硝唑三种药在2008-2009年度的销售金额、DDDs排序中均居前列,克林霉素磷酸酯三年的DDDs均排在前列,口服抗菌药DDDs排在前列的是头孢克肟和红霉素;DDC前两位的依次是氨曲南和哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠。结论：我院在抗菌药物使用中还存在较多问题,尤其是作为窄谱抗生素的氨曲南明显存在滥用倾向。应进一步加强监管力度,促进抗菌药物的合理使用。

Application analysis of antibacterial drugs in our hospital during 2007-2009

Objective：To investigate and analyze the application of antibacterial drugs in our hospital,and provide the references for rational clinical medication.Methods：Depending on the original data from ＂the management system of the drug stock＂,the data of antibacterial drugs used in our hospital during 2007-2009 were analyzed statistically in respect of the consumption sum,DDDs and DDC.Results：The consumption sum of antibacterial drugs accounted for more than 23% of the total in 2008-2009,and that of intravenous drugs occupied about 90% of all the antibacterial drugs.Aztreonam,cefminox sodium and ornidazole ranked the top three places in respect of the consumption sum and DDDs during 2008-2009.Clindamycin phosphate ranked at the front in respect of DDDs during the three years.Among the oral antibacterials,cefixime and erythromycin ranked the top two in terms of DDDs.Aztreonam and piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium dominated the first 2 places on the DDC list.Conclusion：There were a lot of inappropriate problems in the application of the antibacterial drugs in our hospital,especially as abuse of aztreonam which belongs to narrow-spectrum antibacterial drugs.It＇s necessary to further tighten control on the use of antibacterial drugs for promoting rational use of antibacterial drugs.
