摘    要:使Wistar孕鼠自由饮用亚硒酸钠水溶液,在其器官形成期时腹腔注射硫酸镍,以研究硒对镍致孕鼠胚胎毒性的影响。结果表明:各组间植入数差异无显著性;单独给镍组的活胎数及活胎率均低于对照组,镍加硒组及单独给硒组,而吸收数及吸收率均高于其它三组;单独给镍组胎仔重量,胎盘重量,完整子宫重量,胎仔身长,尾长均低于其它三组。提示:亚本酸钠对硫酸镍所致的胚胎毒性具有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:The effect of sodium selenite on nickel sulfate-induced embryotoxicity in pregnant rats while drinking sodium selenite solution freely was studied by using peritoneal injection of nickel sulfate in organogenesis periods. The result shows that the nurnber of implantation was not changed in various groups. The number of fetuses and percentage of live fetuses were lower in nickel groups than those in control groups, selenite groups, and nickel-selenite groups. The number of fetuses resorbed and percentage of resorbed fetuses were higher in nickel groups than those in others. The weights of fetuses, placetas and uterus, and the lengths of body and tail were respectively lighter or shorter than those in the others. It is considered that selenite might have protective effect on nickel sulfateinduced embryotoxicity in rats.
