30例胰腺囊性肿瘤的诊断和治疗

目的 探讨胰腺囊性肿瘤的诊治方法.方法 对1995年1月至2006年1月诊治的30例胰腺囊性肿瘤进行回顾性分析.结果 CT对胰腺囊性肿瘤的确诊率达90%(27/29),但不能确定其组织类型.所有病例均行手术治疗并随访,手术切除率86.7%,胰腺囊腺瘤18例均完整切除,术后无复发.胰腺囊腺癌12例,8例完整切除后5年生存率66%,不能行切除者预后差.结论 加强对本病的认识是减少误诊率的关键;早期诊断、早期手术治疗是目前唯一可治愈的方法.

Diagnosis and Treatment of Cystic Neoplasms of the Pancreas: a Report of 30 Cases

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of cystic neoplasms of the pancreas.Methods The clinical data of 30 cases with cystic neoplasms of the pancreas from January 1995 to January 2006 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Computed tomography(CT) displayed a cystic tumor in 90%.All the patients were operated on and followed up,all the adenomas were successfully resected, while adenocarcinomas were resected in 8 out of 12 cases,with a total resection rate of 86.7% here was no recurrence after a complete resection of pancreatic cystadenoma.The post resection 5 years survival rate was 66% in pancreatic cystadenocarcinoma.Conclusions In order to reduce the misdiagnosis rate of pancreatic cystic tumor,surgeons should be familiar to the disease;early diagnosis and surgical excision is the only way to cure the disease.
