长期住院精神分裂症患者PANSS评定结果报告

目的 探讨长期住院精神分裂症患者的病情严重程度及主要症状分布。方法 采用PANSS对本次住院时间在5年及以上的86例男性精神分裂症患者进行评定。结果 评定结果显示，本组病人的精神症状均在一定程度上得到了控制，目前主要以阴性症状为主，评分在4分(即中等严重程度)以上的项目占比例最大的为判断和自知力缺乏(69．77％)，其余多数为阴性症状(37．21％～56．98％)，阳性症状仅占前10项的第10项一项(31．40％)。结论 长期住院精神分裂症患者病情均得到了一定控制，以阴性症状为主要表现，判断和自知力缺乏明显。促使患者各种功能恢复，使其回归社会是治疗这类病人的主要目的。

A Assessing Report of Positive and Negative Syndrome Scales (PANSS) of Longterm In-hospital Patients with Schizophrenia

Objective To explore serious level and main syndromes of long-term in hospital schizophrenia patients .Methods 86 male schizophrenia patients who were in hospital more than 5 years this time were selected and assessed according to PANSS.Results The assessing results show that their mental syndromes were controled in general.At present,their main syndromes are negative ones.The most propotion are the iterms which score more than 4 (moderate severity).They are lackness of judgment and insight (69.77%),most of the others are negative syndrones (37.21%~56.89%).Positive syndromes are only the tenth iterm among the foregoing ten iterms.Conclusion Syndromes of long-term in-hospital schizophrenia patients have all controled in some degree.Their main syndromes are negative,which are lack of judgement and insight .The principal aim to treat them in helping them of recover their all kinds of functions and come back to society.
