胃动素在胆石症患者血浆和胆囊组织中的含量及意义

目的通过测定胆囊结石，胆总管结石患者血浆、胆囊组织中胃动素的含量，探讨他们在胆石形成中的意义。方法实验对象为本院普通外科2005年4月至2007年10月住院胆囊结石患者（36例），胆囊息肉患者（14例），正常对照组为患者家属或医护人员（10例），正常胆囊组织提供者为肝移植的供体胆囊（7例）。通过放射免疫分析法（radjoimmunoassay，RIA）测各组每个患者的空腹静脉血，胆囊组织中胃动素的含量。结果胆囊结石患者血浆中胃动素水平明显高于正常对照组和胆囊息肉组（P〈0．05）。胆囊息肉组和正常对照组比较无统计学意义。胆总管结石组与正常对照组和胆囊息肉组虽无统计学意义，但其增高趋势明显。胆囊结石患者胆囊组织中胃动素水平明显高于正常对照组和胆囊息肉组（P〈0．05）。胆囊息肉组和正常对照组比较无统计学意义。结论胆囊结石患者血浆中及胆囊组织中的胃动素水平增高，胃动素可能通过影响胆道运动功能对胆囊结石的发生、发展有一定的作用。

Content and Significance of Motilin (MTL) in Plasma and Gallbladder of Patients with Cholelithiasis

Objective The content of MTL in plasma and gallbladder wall tissue of the patients with cholelithiasis was measured to evaluate their role and clinical significance in the formation of gallstones with radioimmunoassay.Methods All patients were collected from the 2nd Affiliated Hospital of China University from Apr 2005 to Oct 2007.There were 36 patients of gallstones.Gallbladder polyps group:14patients were enrolled.Control group:Blood samples were collected from healthy doctors and nurses and relatives of patients.10 samples were collected.normal gallbladder wall tissue samples were collected from thr donor during liver transplantion,which were 7 samples.Results The plasma MTL lever in gallstone group was higher,compared with that of control and gallbladder polyp groups(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance between gallbladder polyp group and control group.The same result was found beteen common bile stone group and control group and gallbladder poleop group.Results of gallbladder wall tissue MTL:the gallbladder wall tisse MTL lever in gallstone group was higher,compared with that of control and gallbaladder polyp groups(P<0.05).There was not statistical significance between gallbladder polyp group and control group.Conclusion MTL level in the plasma and gallbaldder tissue increasd obviously.This may play a role in the pathogenesis of gallstones.
