| 摘 要： | 目的：评价氟伏沙明治疗抑郁症的临床疗效和不良反应。方法：将符合CCMD-3诊断标准的抑郁症患者50例分两组分别给予氟伏沙明片和氯丙咪嗪片治疗,疗程均为56 d。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和不良反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和药物不良反应,实验室检查包括血常规、尿常规、血生化和心电图。结果：经过8周治疗,氟伏沙明组与氯丙咪嗪组疗效相近（P〉0.05）,氟伏沙明组与氯丙咪嗪组的显效率差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.089,P〉0.05）。氟伏沙明组不良反应发生率明显少于氯丙咪嗪组。结论：氟伏沙明能有效治疗抑郁症,不良反应轻。
