| 摘 要： | 萘丁美酮为一新型非甾体抗炎药物,具有药效强、毒副作用小、半衰期长等优点,是一个大有发展前途的药物。本文研究了性别对萘丁美酮胶囊剂的药物动力学的影响,对男性和女性受试者单剂量口服萘丁美酮胶囊剂1000mg后,6-MNA的药物动力学参数用t-检验进行比较。结果表明:性别对萘丁美酮药物动力学参数有一定程度的影响,主要影响其吸收的程度,对吸收速度、分布和消除无明显的影响。在女性受试者,Cmax和AUC明显比男性受试者为高(p<0.05),其它药动学参数无显著性差异(p>0.05)。通过本实验的结果可以看出:在女性受试者中萘丁美酮胶囊的吸收程度明显比男性受试者高。

| Abstract: | Nabumetone is a new non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent, which displays an extensive and long-term antiinflammatory activity with less side effects. This paper reports the effects of sexuality on the pharmacokinetics of nabumetone. Some pharmacokinetic parameters were found to be significantly different between the male and female subjects after giving a single oral 1000mg dose of nabumetone capsules, AUC and Cmax in the females being significantly higher than those in the males (p<0.05). The remaining pharmacokinetic parameters had no significant differences between the males and females(p>0.05). It is concluded that the absorbance of nabumetone capsules in the females is higher than that in the males. |
