胰岛素抵抗几个相关因素在公安人群中的状态与分析

目的 :了解与胰岛素抵抗 (IR)相关因素在公安人群中的状态及胰岛素抵抗综合征 (IRS)的检出率 ,探讨特殊的环境因素对IR诸因素存在的影响及其相互关系。方法 :对 14 70例公安干警进行了体重指数、血压、胆固醇、甘油三酯、空腹血糖、谷丙转氨酶的检测及环境因素的调查。结果 :受检人群中 ,各项指标异常率均较高 ,男性高于女性 ,IRS的检出率较高。与IR相关因素的异常率有关的其它因素有吸烟、大量饮酒、高脂饮食、精神紧张。结论 :共同的环境因素对这组人群IR诸因素的存在有重要影响 ,尤其长期大量饮酒 ,肝功异常 ,高脂饮食、脂代谢紊乱 ,可能是IR产生的始动环节和重要因素。

The levels of the correlation factors of insulin resistance in the police

Objective To evaluate the levels of the correlation factors of insulin resistance (IR) in the police,the detectable rate of insulin resistance syndrome(IRS) and explore the influence of the surrounding-based factors on the presence of various IR correlation factors and their relationship .Methods The survey of surrounding-based factors was performed and body mass index,blood pressure,total cholesterol,triglyceride,fasting blood-glucose and serum Alanine aminotransferase were measured in 1470 polices.Results In the detected people,abnormal nate of each index was increased as well as the detective rate of IRS.Smoking,drinking a lot of alcohol,high fat diet and strain were related to the increased abnormal rate of IR correlation factors.Conclusion The common surroundings-based factors have important effects on the presence of IR related symptoms in the population.Long term excessive drinking alcohol,high fat diet and abnormal liver function may be the start link of leading to the developing of IR and also play an important role in the developing of IR.
