| 摘 要： | 目的探讨表麻下经巩膜隧道小切口白内障现代囊外摘除人工晶体植入手术的安全性和有效性.方法将各类白内障患者分为两组,A组:经巩膜隧道小切口白内障现代囊外摘除、人工晶体植入术;B组:传统白内障现代囊外摘除、人工晶体植入术.结果小切口白内障现代囊外摘除人工晶体植入手术组术中、术后的并发症,明显低于传统白内障现代囊外摘除人工晶体植入手术组.结论表麻下经巩膜隧道小切口白内障现代囊外摘除人工晶体植入术是一种安全、有效的手术方法,但该手术不适宜于大核、硬核白内障.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects and security of intraocular lens implantation with micro incisions trans sclera under surface anaesthesia.Methods One hundred eighty seven consecutive patients undergoing cataract intraocular lens implanlation form November 1998 to February 2000 were choosed.The patients were divided into two groups.A group was treated with micro incision trans sclera under surface anaesthesia,B group was treated with traditional intraocular lens implantation. Result The incidence of complication in operation and postoperation of A group was significantly decrease than that in B group.Conclusion Intraocular lens implantation with micro incision trans sclera under surface anaesthesia was safe and effective method. |
