| 摘 要： | 为提高中药保留灌肠疗法的疗效，改进传统保留灌肠方法，利用压力灌肠器，扩大了保留灌肠弥漫面积，延长了保留时间，提高了生物利用度，并将直肠给药途径扩大为全结肠给药。用该法治疗溃疡性结肠炎、慢性结肠炎、肠易激综合征等，疗效优于常规保留灌肠。

| Abstract: | To improve the clinical effects of retention enema of Chinese medicine,the conventional retention enema was improved with pressure enemator to widen the diffusing area of medicine,prolong the retention time,increase the utilization of medicine and inject the medicine into whole colon.In the treatment of ulcerative colitis,chronic colitis,irritable bowel syndrome and so forth,this improved enema exerts better effects than conventional one. |
